June 2021 - Balimo Seat Workshop
Did you miss it? Not to worry - everyone did
(thanks to Covid 19)
Instead we have made a one hour video, which is available on YouTube. It includes: Balimo information, proper use of your chair, warm-up exercises and basic seated Balimo exercises.This workshop is intended for participants who have access to either a Balimo stool or a Wave chair.
